Spooky going ons and big bangs!

On Monday we had Halloween and lots of strange going's on - not least this 'spooky' pumpkin carved with love by our marketing manager and his 4 year old daughter!!

Then on Tuesday, months of hard work finally came to fruition with the launch of our new website. We've been using the new site in our marketing team for so long now that we almost forget it's new!

So far feedback to the site has been overwhelmingly good but as with all new things it does take a period of adjustment. Your feedback is really important to us so please let us know what you think to feedback@espc.com. We are continuing to plan alterations to the site that take into account user feedback so make sure we hear what you have to say!

There are a few fundamental changes with the site. Searching for a property is easier - you can search for exactly what you want by typing it in to the search box on the home page or upper right of every other page. Alternatively, do a simple search like 'house in Corstorphine' and on the next page use the filters on the right hand side to select more areas, the type of house (eg Detached), the number of bedrooms, set your price limits. There are loads more options to filter by including sash windows or swimming pool as well as more popular requirements such as garden and garage.
