ESPC Live is back

We are really looking forward to our live broadcast event ESPC Live which will return on 4th July 2023 at 6pm.

Following on from our inaugural ESPC Live event held in January, the event has been brought back to satisfy demand from home buyers and sellers, landlords and property investors across Edinburgh, the Lothians, Fife and the Borders, who are keen to understand more about the local property market in the current economic climate.  

ESPC Live will be broadcast live from Edinburgh’s Skybar in front of a studio audience, and will be livestreamed across YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter, allowing audiences to tune in from wherever they are, however they want to. 

ESPC’s CEO Paul Hilton and Head of Member Services, Ashley Mcinulty, will return to host ESPC Live, sharing the very latest market data, trends and insights from across Edinburgh, the Lothians, Fife and the Borders. They’ll be joined by a panel of three solicitor estate agents from ESPC Chartered member firms: Craig Forster from McDougall McQueen, Jamie Sole from Blair Cadell and Tzana Webster from Watermans,  as well as David Lauder from ESPC Mortgages, who will discuss rising interest rates and mortgage products, and Nicky Lloyd of ESPC Lettings, who will share insights on Edinburgh’s rental market. 

The event serves to break down the data and the headlines surrounding the Scottish property market, making it easy to understand and helping to instill confidence in those considering buying or selling a home this year. 

Potential home buyers, sellers and investors are encouraged to tune in live from 6pm on 4 July across their preferred social media channel, where they can get involved by commenting and asking questions live on the night for the panel to answer, but questions can also be submitted in advance via email.
