Searching for the perfect home in East Central Scotland has just got a lot easier, thanks to the new website from ESPC (Edinburgh Solicitors Property Centre).   Featuring around 5,000 properties and re-launched this week, the new version of espc.com is quicker, easier and smarter than its predecessor.

Malcolm Cannon, ESPC Chief Executive said, "Before we embarked on any changes we asked house-hunters what they wanted from the site - what would make it easier for them.  Recent independent research shows that ESPC is overwhelmingly the first choice among buyers when looking for a house for sale in Edinburgh, Lothians and Fife, with three times as many people starting their search with ESPC compared to the nearest competitor . So with this overhaul of the site, it was vital we delivered what users have been asking for. Some said they wanted a more specific search tool,  where you can narrow your search right down to look for the features that matter to you, such as energy efficiency and heating, or accessibility, or style and character. 
"We also discovered that many more people now want to be able to type exactly what they want into the search box - say '3 bed flat in Leith with garden', and get their results with a single click.  So that's exactly what we've given them."

Using the same technology as organisations such as NASA, The White House, and Ticketmaster, the search facility returns accurate results within 5 seconds.
