About Oatlands

Situated south of the River Clyde, Oatlands is a popular area of Glasgow, particularly with first time buyers due to its proximity to the city centre. The area was characterised by four storey sandstone tenements built at the end of the 19th century. Today, the area has seen over 500 new homes completed by 2014, with development work still ongoing. Oatlands also has a shopping centre, library, leisure amenities and a learning centre.
