St. John’s Town of Dalry, more commonly referred to as simply ‘Dalry’, is an exceptionally picturesque village, situated on the outskirts of Galloway Forest Park. Dalry was once located on a pilgrimage route to Whithorn and St. Ninian’s Cave, and today, it sits on the route of the Southern Upland Way long-distance walking path. Wide streets of white cottages make Dalry an attractive prospect for house hunters, as does the village’s community spirit.
