Lying just over 1 mile west of the Edinburgh's Princes Street, on the main arterial route out through Corstorphine to the west, Roseburn is ideally placed for those working within the City Centre. Traditional tenement flats and new modern developments make up the majority of the houses in Roseburn.

There is an excellent range of local amenities including shops, cafes and restaurants and there are regular bus services running directly into the West End and City Centre where one can find a large array of world-class shops and restaurants as well as the financial heart of the Capital.
