About Auldgirth

Auldgirth is a small village in the Nithsdale district of Dumfries and Galloway, with a population of just over 400 residents. Auldgirth is home to The Auldgirth Inn, which is over 500 years old, and has had some notable regulars, including Robert Burns when he was a resident at nearby Ellisland Farm.
